Jorge Castro is a successful entrepreneur who founded and leads the Pearl West Restaurant Group. The company operates 10 restaurant locations in three different states, and is expected to generate over $60 million in revenue. Between Margarita Factory, DOSALAS, and DIOSA, Pearl West Restaurant Group employs over 500 people and counting!

Among them, Margarita Factory is primed to establish a presence in other states such as Idaho, Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas. This expansion initiative promises to not only broaden Jorge’s customer base, introducing its distinct and scrumptious margaritas and Mexican cuisine across multiple regions. But also create new employment opportunities, while stimulating economic growth in local communities.

Jorge and his team are actively exploring a range of options to achieve a successful expansion of their restaurants, such as franchising and partnering with seasoned restaurant operators.
